When we will call a winner
Only when both bikes have cleared five readings. A comparison is a stronger claim than a single number: ranking a bike with three fills against one with fifty is not a cautious guess, it is a wrong answer. Below that bar both numbers still show, and we say plainly that we are not calling it.
